REFUSED AND REJECTED II
Text: Job 42:10-11 “And the LORD restored Job’s losses, when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before. Then all his brothers, all his sisters and all those who had been his acquaintances before, came to him and ate food with him in his house; and they consoled him and comforted him for all the adversity that the LORD had brought upon him. Each one gave a price of silver and each a ring of gold".
No one was willing to empathize with Job in his ailing condition, not even his wife, His condition was so critical that the wife advised him to curse God and die, In a situation when and where one has been refused and rejected. What can be done?
Let us take a careful look at the two personalities we have considered Jephthah and Job and draw some useful lessons from their life styles of commitment and purpose.

Are you Born again? If not this is another opportunity for you to turn to the Lord Jesus, confess, repent of your sins, forsake them all and believe in the death and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. If you are born again already, this day is your day of remembrance.
Pray with me, Father, empower me afresh to be relevant to the expansion of Your gospel and liberate my life from the power of darkness and set my feet on high places in Jesus name. As Job praise God when he regain all that pertain to him in two fold, I prophecy that whatever belongs to you or stolen/taken from you will be restored back to you in two fold and joy of the Lord will fill your heart in the mighty name of Jesus . Amen.
